This machine is an automatic packaging machine that ensures the polyethylene film coating of bases that have passed the quality control stage.
Operation: After the bases are packaged in the packaging unit, they pass through the oven unit, where heat is applied to the packaging surface. This process ensures tight and secure packaging while protecting the product from dust, dirt, and moisture. It provides a sturdy and safe storage solution for the products.

Quality Control and Carton Wrapping Conveyor:

Bases are quality-checked on the entry conveyor and then undergo the carton wrapping process on this conveyor.

Water-Cooled Sealing Jaws:

Provides smoother sealing, maximizing packaging quality.

Advanced Oven Design:

Insulated and fire-resistant conveyor material. Four 1500 kW cassette-type resistors and nozzles for even heat distribution. The oven operates only when the product is detected, thanks to the sensor system. Two cooling fans ensure smoother packaging quality.

Adjustable Operation Options:

Conveyor speed can be adjusted via the panel. It offers both single and double packaging options.

Time and Cost Efficiency:

No operator is needed during the packaging process. The fast and automatic packaging operation reduces labor and increases production capacity.
