Automatic Cycle:

Takes the piece onto the conveyor belt, waits for the previous cycle to finish, feeds the piece, rolls it, and waits for the operator to remove the item.

High Production Capacity:

Achieves up to 6 cycles per minute, thanks to the standby part feature. Piece Dimensions: Handles lengths up to 200 cm and widths up to 65 cm (Optional Extra Width: up to 80 cm).

Output Diameters:

12, 15, and 20 cm (Optional Extra Thick: 20, 25, and 30 cm).
Transistorized PLC Control and Touch Screen for machine status updates.
All motors are equipped with variable speed drives to extend their lifespan.
