This machine is designed for use in the mattress assembly process, specifically during the frame preparation phase. It enables the quick and efficient placement of foam wedges into spring frames.

Customizable Production

The machine can be customized based on the number of foam wedges to be inserted between the spring frames. It is capable of placing up to 12 foam wedges in just 10 seconds.

The spring frame and foam wedges are manually placed into the machine. The process is initiated via a button or foot pedal. Once completed, the spring frame with foam wedges is manually removed as a unified assembly.

Flexible and Ergonomic Design

This machine integrates easily into production lines, offering high levels of ergonomics and a safe working environment. It is compatible with various pallets and trolleys, ensuring flexibility in operation.
