This machine is specially designed for packaging mattresses that are enclosed in a three-sided bag.
Operation: The packaging process is manually carried out on the table at the front of the machine. The machine then completes the packaging by pressing the open end of the bag or sealing it without applying pressure.

Pressing Power:

With a robust 60-ton pressing force, the machine ensures high efficiency.

Advanced Vacuum and Sealing:

Equipped with an adjustable dual sealing system and water-cooled units, it ensures safe vacuuming and sealing operations.

Stacking Options

The pressed and packaged mattresses can be directed to an automatic stacking machine, sent to a roll-pack machine, or manually removed from the machine and stacked onto pallets.

Product Compatibility :

Foam mattresses, spring mattresses, and mattress pads can be pressed and packaged with this machine. Once the pressing is completed, the open end of the bag is sealed, finalizing the process.
