In AS/RS Automated Mattress Storage Systems, the rack heights and lengths are custom-designed according to the client’s warehouse space. The rack width is 2200 mm.

MOBILE STORAGE ROBOT
A machine that ensures mattresses are placed on racks and transferred to the shipping conveyor in a precise, accurate, and fast manner via an automated system.
The mobile storage robot (crane) moves safely along the floor-mounted rails with the help of a profile placed on the corridor above. It is equipped with precise positioning sensors.
The travel speed is 100 m/s, and the lifting speed is 50 m/s. Communication and data flow within the system are wireless. The crane contains all necessary systems and components within a single panel.
It consists of columns, an elevator, a control panel, and telescopic forks, with a load capacity of 1000 kg. Its total installed power is 40 kW.
